Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in its original luxury packaging (including the jewelry box and any accompanying GRA certificates, if applicable). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Note: Please contact our customer service team first to verify your return request and obtain the correct return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without prior confirmation.
Important Notes on Return Shipping Fees
- Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to a 14-day refund.
- Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., you do not like the style, ordered the wrong size, or changed your mind), the consumer shall be responsible for the return shipping fees. The specific fee will depend on the express logistics company you choose.
- Our Responsibility: If the goods received are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for the return.
- No Restocking Fee: No restocking fees will be charged to consumers for the return of any product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
- Then, contact your bank. There is often a standard processing time (interbank clearing) before a refund is posted.
